As an employee of Critical Mass for nine plus years, John has led teams for several of Critical Mass' largest site development programs. Providing online marketing strategy and account service for Hyatt as well as leading the strategy, design and development for NASA, Procter & Gamble, Pampers, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) have given John a great understanding of the challenges encountered by dynamic, complex organizations and the strategies and tactics to answer them.
With a master's degree in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University, John believes in the need to drive consistent messages across all media and that continuous analysis of customer needs and behaviors should drive those messages. John also holds a degree in journalism with a concentration in advertising and business administration from Ohio University.
